The owners and management of Bhakita Gardens allows shelter residents and anyone else to smoke drugs directly outside their building ; I have witnessed men urinating on the building and these people stay up all night partying and screaming , bringing boom boxes, fighting and loitering. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I still have severe allergic reactions due to the mold under my kitchen sink. The sink also leaks and water pools under cabinet floor.
