Twice this week Waste Mgmt picks up trash bins at 5am banging them against the trucks for a good ten minutes straight. I'm not directly above the bin pickup and I'm on top floor and I've never dealt with noise this loud. Shouldn't city services not be occurring during the quiet hours especially in a multi family area? I can't go back to sleep it's so loud.
