"Per online complaint" Residents have junk stored on the north side of the house. Rats have been seen traveling in the area of the junk. The junk spans from the front side of the house to the back. Among the junk includes an old vacuum cleaner, boxes, plastic milk containers, ice coolers, bikes, & trash bags. Ongoing since late 2013
