All tenants at 119 19th Ave Seattle WA 98122 were given notice of substantial renovations happening and given 90 days notice and TRAO. The 90 day notice hasn't even expired and today I saw a leasing agent at the property greet prospective tenants for apt 201. The former residents moved out only a few weeks ago and no major renovations have taken place. They asked the prospect about their move in date (within a few weeks) and quoted the same price for parking that current residents have been quo
