We have been unable to receive mail at our residence for over 2 months now. USPS has been unable to access the mailboxes since they're behind a locked door. Multiple tenants (including me) have complained to landlords for months but we've heard nothing back. I was hoping you all could help us out - I'm not sure if it's illegal, but my partner is unable to pay his bills and I'm unable to get my drivers license because they come through USPS. Please help!

Our landlord (Maingate Management) has left the front entrance door of our apartment building unfixed for months with only a note on the door saying there is "a delay in fixing the door/lock". The door does not latch on its own which is a violation of Washington state and Seattle law/codes as far as I understand, and this situation has remained unresolved for about 6 months.
