Per online: Location : 119 NE 65th St Seattle, 98115 Does the owner have a building permit? Constructing foundation and under house reinforcement/ dirt excavated under house dumped in unpaved alley which when the rains come this fall will make the alley a quagmire of ruts due to lack of adequate drainage?
