I live in the Cararra II residential building on 120 1st Ave W, 98119. We moved in 3 weeks ago and have been experiencing large amounts of noise from garbage trucks operating in our alleyway that violate the Seattle noice ordanance. Most mornings garbage trucks are operating between 5:00-6:00am and sometimes past 10pm.
