Cedar Grove commercial garbage/recycle truck operating several days a week between the hours of 3 a.m. and 4:45 a.m. The noise consists of loud banging of the Dick's Drive-In (Capitol Hill) dumpsters for several minutes about 10 feet from my window. I have time stamped pictures from the past several weeks as well as a screenshot of an email I sent the company about the noise.

Hi! My landlord is trying to collect rent from a period during the worst of COVID when I was not even present in the state . I'm high risk and did not feel safe flying back to clean out the apartment and move due to the very high levels of interacting with other people (elevators, people coming to pick up furniture and other items! Requesting to get this rent waived. I"m paid up for the pre-COVID time

PER CSB: William Harmon came in to CSB to express his concerns about a situation he encountered with Lexicon Apartments. He said that originally when he moved in to the building, he was charged $6k in move in fees, which he feels is excessive. In June of 2018 he had a heart attack and got behind on one month of rent. Harmon offered to give $1k that first month, but never heard from the apartment management. Harmon continued to call and leave voicemails with the building mana
