The lease ended May 4th. My new address was updated with USPS, and I provided Rollin Street Flats with my new address at our move out inspection. Water leak from dishwasher found in unit. They have removed tile and taken out large holes in walls. Management placed blame on tenant, stating he should have noticed signs of leak sooner. Unit is now unlivable; tenant is displaced and in hotel. Landlord unwilling to offer rent abatement or repair update. Tenant rights info.
