Road Construction on I5 South On-Ramp. Heavy equipment has been used to construct the ramp well past the quiet hours set by the City Noise Ordinance. We have neighbors who live in these apartment homes, and their sleep and lives are being disrupted by the construction, which was planned to take one month and has taken more than six.
