per online complaint:Construction work has consistently begun between 6:20 and 6:30 am on weekdays for over three weeks and on and off for 4 months waking children and neighbors. Neighbors have asked &reminded them of noise ordinances yet they don't care and continue to start work earlier with daylight getting lighter.ongoing since 11/8/2017
