Upon move in to my unit December 2023, there have been numerous plumbing issues among others with this poorly renovated unit. There has been water damage reported since March of 2024 that damaged the paint in the bathroom that still has never been repaired. This leak has been ongoing intermittently and occurred yet again in December. They decided to tear the wall on the opposing hall of my unit and leave it exposed for over a month now.
