The noise does not occur at all times, but occurs very often, sometimes from morning to evening several days in a row. Per Online-This is my second complaint within one month about this construction site. We live at 1201 Boylston Ave and right next door is a construction site. I have spoken with the local police who inform me that the site does not have a permit enabling them to make noise 24/7, yet they often work very late (past 6pm) and begin very early (6am). NOISE--per online--There is new construction across the street from our apartment, at the intersection of University St and Boylston Ave. The building workers are currently drilling and being so loud we have headaches inside our apartment and they are still going at 7:17pm. They did not even start this loud project until 6:30pm so the intention was very clear they'd be violating hours as this is a multi-residential neighborhood.
