Hello,I have lived in this unit for about a year and a month and I have had consistent problems with the plumbing. Overnight, my bathtub will spray out what looks to be sewage from the faucet or it will back up from the drain. This has happened on four or five separate occasions since I moved in here 9/2022. I'm concerned that the plumbing in this building is not adequate to allow these units to be rented, due to this fact. I have reported this several times to the property management but t
