Repeated excessive noise and disturbance from the neighboring unit, including loud music, parties, yelling, and retaliatory banging late at night. This has been reported multiple times, but no effective action has been taken, and we are concerned for our safety.

Cockroaches in building, they're entering my apartment and they're coming from one of the neighbors, no building wide pest control has been done, they've just put a few sticky traps under my sink, but that hasn't helped. I have a small child and a baby on the way and I am very worried about all the gross things they can be exposed to with cockroaches and the health issues they can spread.
