Insufficient number of garbage containers (only one 12 gal landfill bin) for what is a two-household property resulting in excess trash bags deposited before collection day which are then torn apart by rodents, spewing unsightly and foul smelling garbage in alley way. Unit 12016A is used as a rental property. Unit 12016B is used as a short-term rental property (Airbnb style). Refer to RRIO 001-0143776. Both units share the same garbage containers.Ongoing violation of Municipal Code 21.36.050

Tenants in these rental units (12016 Units A and B, whereas B is used for short term, AirBnB style, rentals) repeatedly discard of garbage in cans of other property owners. Cans are labeled with house numbers, yet this is a reoccurring issue. 12016 utilizes a 12-gallon garbage container for both units combined (A and B). This is not enough for the amount of garbage the tenants produce, resulting in illegal dumping of garbage into neighbor's cans. This ultimately leads to an unjust burden on the
