Per online complaint "There is a hedge on the 12th Ave E side of this property that has grown over the sidewalk and leaves only about 5' of vertical space to walk through. Everyone needs to bend over to get through here. Would like to see this hedge trimmed up high enough to walk under, or clipped back to the ROW line."

Owner hasn't fully repaired/restored the finished basement that flooded in November. Owner ripped out the saturated carpet and completed the dry wall work, but hasn't replaced the carpet or finished cleaning up the construction debris. Basement is uninhabitable. Owner not communicating with tenants.
