Harassment and private claims of public property. Multiple times the resident at 1202 NE 98th Street, for the stretch of public right of way on the SE quadrant of NE 12th between 97th and 98th Sts posts "no parking" signs affixed to the fenceline and places notes on vehicles parking on the street to "Please Do Not Park Here" even when the vehicle is there less than a day and is legally parked.
