I inspected the property and documented the following violations:1. Parking of vehicles in a single family zone (SMC 23.44.016) At the time of the inspection 5 vehicles were parked on the property, and vehicles were observed parked in the required yards.

Per Online Complaint:"At this rental house trash piles up along side the house in plastic bags that get picked open by crows or other animals. Trash is then strewn about. Also a junk car is stored. They are dangerous people, pls be careful. Pls only contact me by phone."
