Our washing machine flooded the second floor of our house on 3/24. Other than placing fans in the house there has been no repair of the machine, no repairs to fix the damaged home, and no communication from our property management. Our refrigerator then died on 3/28, and 48 hours later no effort to solve the problem has been made.
