(1) Delayed repairs and need for mold remediation.There was water leaking into the covered stairwell to the basement from a gap between the base of the house and the foundation when we moved in April 2024. A contractor was hired for an assessment at the time and noted that there was a lot of moisture to the ceiling of the stairwell as well in May 2024. We started having significant roof leaks into the home through a light fixure in the living room and through the ceiling of the stairwell in
