I have requested that my identity remain confidential because the individual identified in this complaint is my neighbor. I am trying to determine whether or not our landlord is in violation of our lease and/or WA state requirements under the landlord-tenant act. We contacted them about our broken washer/dryer (an appliance provided by them) two weeks ago. They sent maintenance to fix it on Monday, April 22nd but he did no troubleshooting and said it needed to be fully replaced. I've been told by our property management company that they need to wait for the owner to approve the purchase
