The ventilation in unit 405 doesn't work. The smell from unit 305 comes into unit 405 when the stove and oven are used in 305. The smell of nearby units' cooking fills the hallway. Owner made minor attempts to reconcile and is now asking for a move out by end of lease or increasing rent 20%.
