This unit has failing smoke detectors that need to be replaced. Previous tenant attempted to replace batteries and even turn off power to the unit to stop the alarms from sounding, but they are continuously beeping because the smoke detectors themselves have not been replaced since 2007. Property management has been non-responsive to prior tenant, and unit is now vacant.
