I've been paying bycheck for years, now they want tenants to use anonline portal. Because there is afee, I wrote a checkfor Nov. rent. I'mgetting notices latefees will be charged.I also get a subsidyfrom Sec. 8, whichhas not been paidyet. I've tried to contact the program, to no avail. What can I do?

Per Online; We have found lots of mold in our apartment unit and some of it looks like back mold. The mold has infested our furniture, electronics, windows, front door, bathroom walls, and some other household items (from what we have found so far). I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and we have 2 pets in the unit. Due to this, we are having to pay out of pocket to stay in a hotel room unit we have safe housing.
