ZONING--The rental tenants do not use SPU weekly garbage pick up. They pile trash on the side of their house for semi monthly private removal. Wild animals tear open their garbage bags and spread trash and animal waste everywhere. The renters have an indoor dog that utilizes puppy pee/poop pads. PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Garbage on property (scattered and in bags) outside attracting pests. blackberries in back yard overgrown and attracting pests. Loud tenants multiple noise complaints for their house. Yelling outside or at doorway, car horns and reving vehicle engines 10pm-4am most nights.
