My bedroom carpet has been completely soaked with water since November. It's so wet that when you step on it, water literally squishes out. The room smells strongly of mildew and rain, and my personal belongings started to mold, I've already thrown away multiple personal belongings due to mold or yellow stains. On top of the water issue, ants are constantly coming out of the walls, and I keep waking up with them in my bed even though I never keep food in my room. I've reported this to managemen

Two complaints:A window in the unit does not have a lock. This violates security codes. We were given a PVC pipe, that doesn't fit, to shove in window to secure it. We have asked many time for the window to be properly secured. Secondly, the ceiling is Leaking and pieces of dry wall are all of the floor and falling off continuously. This emergency maintenance has not been treated as such and is being ignored.
