Tenant lives in shared house. Shower and toilet that she uses has not been of use for at least a week. Bathroom on 2nd floor has sink and toilet but no shower. She has asked other tenant if she could use her bathroom that's in master bedroom and was told no. Owner is asking tenant to pay deductible to fix bathroom.
