Large pine tree on property is broken at a point about 4 stories high and looks like the top half is going to fall on the alley. The tree can be best viewed from the roof of the apartment building to the south of this property by contacting complainant.The complainant had an arborist, Oliver Bailey at 206.661.4282, out to look at the tree who said it was a potential hazard.
