Mold issue. No windows in bathroom & ventilation fan does not work. High humidity mold in bedroom, living room & kichen. Complainant talked with management a month ago and nothing is being done. HER NAME IS PRONOUNCED AS CAR-IN.

Toilet continues to back up. Manager states owner will not fix since it has to be something they did. The only way it he would send someone to fix it is if they pay for it.
