On May 7, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the landlords violated the law by entering my unit illegally without providing the required two days' written notice. They deliberately circumvented their landlord obligations by using their nephew, Wyatt - who is also my ex-partner and a named co-tenant on the lease - placed a notice to vacate inside my private living space, which is not a legally valid delivery method. Later that same evening, they escalated the intrusion by demanding Wyatt "invite"

Heater hasn't worked for 2 years - she described it as an oil fueled steam heater. She says she's been burning wood in the fireplace all that time for heat. Also electrical problems - lights not working in bedrooom and overhead light not working in dining room.
