Per on-line complaint dated 2/3/05: "Tenants residing at this builidng complex were not given any prior notification of construction noise that would be taking place. After complaining to the manager, I was informed I would have to deal with it 8am-4pm even on Saturdays for one month from 02/05 to 03/05 while the entire unit above is completely remodeled. Runs out of hot water after filling tub half full. No lock on mailbox in common area Wall-mounted electric heater not installed properly and only capable of warming up one room.
