we have identified an issue with the sewer line at this property where it appears that a foreign tube or pipe was punched through the sewer line. I understand that some sewer work was performed by the city recently and believe that this could be a result of the work. I can provide photos and additional information regarding the location of the punctured line if need be. If there is somewhere else I should go to file this inquiry, please let me know.
