WEEDS--per online--Good afternoon We are overseas visitors (seniors) visiting family in Seattle. We were walking down Northgate Way yesterday & found the sidewalk pretty much completely blocked by vegetation at the corner of 12th Ave NE. & had to walk out on very busy Northgate Way to proceed. It looked as if it had been that way for a while. Surely this is unacceptable. Would think you would have received many complaints about this. RegardsW & K Smith
