My $300 application deposit was never returned from Westlake Steps. I applied for a unit with a 1BR 1 Den. Westlake Steps swapped me to another unit that was only 1 BR, which I did not want without my permission. I asked for a refund for my application deposit since that was not the unit I applied for. I asked them multiple times if I could get a refund to my application deposit since I was force swapped to a different unit that was not desired without any notice or permission.

Hey there,I am currently living in Westlake Steps Apartment. As per leasing document I signed with them, the apartment is smoking free. However, the neighbor (408) living under my unit (508) keeps smoking weeds on their balcony days and nights and the smoke floats inside my apartment. I start coughing after moving into this apartment due to this issue. I contact leasing office 3 times now and neighbor is still smoking.
