An apartment in this building (unit 223) is being inhabited by squatters who are using the space to sell and use narcotics. The building management has not responded to requests for the squatters to be removed and is not providing any added security to ensure the safety of the building's residents and its neighbors. Drug use in and around the building has increased dramatically over the past few weeks with no apparent action on the part of the property managers/owners.

There are squatters residing in unit #223 of the Janus apartments in Greenwood.There is obvious drug activity around this unit and in the alley between 84th and 85th St behind the apartments. There are suspicious individuals climbing the fence outside the apartment to get access to the unit. There are unfamiliar vehicles repeatedly returning to the alley and idling near the unit, it's reasonable to assume these are drug pick-ups and drop-offs.Building management is aware of the issue.
