SEWAGE BACKED UP ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO. SEWAGE HAS BEEN CLEANED UP AND ALL CARPETING AND STRIPING AROUND THE WALLS HAS BEEN REMOVED. NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN DONE SINCE THEN (12/20). HE IS TEMPORARILY STAYING WITH WITH PARENTS BUT NEEDS TO GO BACK TO HIS APT. OWNER AGREEED NOT TO CHARGE HIM ANY RENT UNTIL HE MOVES BACK IN.
