PER ONLINE: The construction fromFairview/Republican to Pontious/Republican. Two nights last week they were working past 2am. Saturday morning I woke up to construction at 7:30am that lasted until about 6:30pm, including jack hammering. Tonight, Sunday Oct 14, they arrived in the evening and were jack hammering 8:30-9pm and as I write this at 10pm they are continuing work, filling a dump truck (NOT quiet).I understand city living, but I have now lived in my build

NOISE--per online--I manage Derby Apartments at 1210 Republican St. This morning 10/13/18 construction work in front of the building began at 7:30 AM. It is my understanding that construction work on weekend is not allowed to start on 9 AM. Residents are wondering if this was violated today or if this project has been granted an exception, please let me know so I can relay that information to residents. 206.226.3686

Per online: "Project #3019904, active residential construction. 7p-833p AUG10: Drills, saws, various pneumatic tools, and there is a giant cranein the alley and lifting object. 930pm and now the crane is over 90db and spewing diesel fumes."Ongoing since 7/22/17
