Unit was renovated late 2023 for rental and 2-prong non-grounding-receptacles were replaced with 3-prong grounding-receptacles with no ground or GFCI. Landlord is refusing to rectify the issue and has admitted they have done this elsewhere in the past.

7/1/15 - J.D. - I went by this address and found fresh asphalt. There were traffic cones left by the company who did the work. There was a phone number to call. I did so and Found it was NYS Enterprises based in Everett. I called them and asked them about the address, they had work there and I informed them about the upcoming citation for $325 for jackahmmering at 7:10am in a residential heavy area of Capital Hill.

Per onlien complaint: Construction noise - impact construction work (jackhammers) prior to 8AM on Monday, 6/29/2015. Jackhammer use started at 7:10AM in conjunction with parking lot repaving. Jackhammer use continued nonstop throughout the hour, along with other heavy equipment. Photo and video available upon request.
