Tenant has no heat and poor health. A heat appointment was made by the property manager for 2/24, but the repair person was a no-show. Maintenance requests have been made, but it's been a no-show. Section 8 has been called. Last Friday (3/4) a maintenance person came over and checked the thermostat/heat, and he said that a repair was needed. Temperature setting is off. Heat is out of control. Since 6/13/19 I signed lease and do not have a refridgerator in good use. also big holds in ground surrounding the courtyard. The neighbors smoke and smell comes in my bedroom. My storage is being used by another tenant.
