mold issues - walls and floors are soft and spongy to touch, landlord is aware of the problem saying everything looks ok and it's safe - I want an inspection to feel safe living here

Per Online; There has been a leak in my wall for over a month now and without a doubt mold in the carpet and wall area. I've filed two maintenance requests and nothing has been done about it.
