I have had an ongoing water leak in my bathroom from the ceiling that has not been fixed. It first showed up on December 22nd 2024, and then stopped in October 2025 (work order officially closed 10/09/2025). It returned on November 7th 2025 and has yet to be fixed. I have spent the majority of my 16th month lease with this leak. I have had full access to my studio apartment bathroom for less than a month total of living here.
