PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: There is a large amount of garbage, a mattress, and machinery spilling into a shared ally. I feel that it is unsafe to take my dog to the back door of my building as she may eat garbage from their property that is in the ally roadway. It is also attracting rodents.

Dumping, which has only increased recently, is in the gravel alley between Remington and Jefferson St. The nearest address is 457 13th Ave but the trash is not from this residence location details: 13th AND Remington CT
