POTA: New payment system for rent that requires a $3 fee they want to pay rent, using bank wire not card. Want to know if that's legal. since extra $3 charge was given without 180 days notice.Housing: Since December 23rd, ceiling has been leaking. Landlord not responding, wants city to take a look.
