During a residential rental term, Walter Boos, acting as agent of landlord company, Bowfits 1226 LLC, accused tenants, Yishan Chen and his roommate, of leaving the door of the garage included with the residential lease open when not in use. Mr. Boos demanded Mr. Chen and his roommate pay larger deposit or agree to amendment to rental agreement relating to the garage.
