Per Online; Landlord is not observing 1st in per applicant for rental requirement for the City of Seattle landlord/tenant laws. MOST of the windows in the home do NOT open. Painted and glued shut which is not adequate for ventilation or egress. Down stairs well windows do not open which is a fire egress issue as well. Mold in home due to poor ventilation.
