Both elevators out of service in 8 story building. Elevators have gotten stuck several times a month since I moved in over a year ago. There is also no emergency maintenance contact number for my building. No response from anyone since Elevators went out Friday.

Incessant public nuisance noise. Construction at 123 Bellevue Avenue E zip code 98102 has 6 orange metal sheets spanning the Avenue. The continuous automobile traffic on Bellevue Avenue E driving over these loose metal sheets resonates thru all residential windows in the vicinity. This is not a 7am to 10pm noise issue.This is 10pm to 7am incessant public nuisance noise. Bolt down those metal sheets. Fix this.

Noise, the construction site is operating multiple gas generators and continue to do impact construction well after 5pm. surrounding neighbors would like the construction company to install sound barriers for the rest of the project. the noise from the construction site is getting out of hand.
