The new property management company Graystar is falsely claiming that I owe $20,500 in unpaid rent. I moved out of the apartment in August 2022 to move to California to began graduate school at UC Berkeley. My rent was paid up at the time. I completed the check out process in person, disconnected my utility account with Seattle Light, and terminated my renters insurance.
