Unauthorized encampment reported - 26-00139974Location is the garage in the alley between Taylor and 6th. Technically a part of 1301 Taylor Ave. Someone broke into this garage weeks ago and various homeless people have been using it to sleep and go through stolen packages in it. This home was purchased and turned into a short term rental that is managed by a company and not the person living in the home. As a result, every single weekend and many week nights, groups are throwing parties into the wee hours of the morning (currently writing this at 3am) which disrupts our neighbors.
