Per online complaint "There is an active leak in the bedroom of my rental house. The leak was reported 10/13/12, the landlord took action, but couldn't solve the problem. I have sent 30+ emails asking for relief and 68 days later, no solution. Every storm the interiors of my bedroom windows run with water."
